Take Me Out To The Ballgame
Here's Jack at his first Sounds game. We are going to try and last until the fireworks after the game.

This is it.
This
is
it,
the last pictures from our trip to the beach. Not that I don't have more pictures to share, but because I'm heading to Minnesota tomorrow afternoon. One of my favorite little girls (she'll always be a little girl in my eyes) graduated from high school last weekend, and Luke and I are going to help her celebrate. Congratulations, Megan! Even though I'm not taking my big camera, you know my little point in shoot will get plenty of use!

Sprinkling Stardust
Nobody can do for little children what grandparents do. Grandparents sort of sprinkle stardust over the lives of little children. ~Alex Haley

Beach Bum
I know he'd go back if he was given the choice... with or without me. He's talked about Grandma's house on the beach most of the day, asked if we could go see the ocean again, and suggested we take his trucks down to the beach again.

Toes in the Water
Grandpa Seaton treated the family to a vacation. It's our first Seaton family vacation and this smaller Seaton family's first vacation since before Jack was born. We have been talking about this vacation with the boys for months. Jack has been looking forward to seeing the beach and the dolphins. Luke had no idea what was in store for him.
We've been at the beach for a day and a half. I've taken 238 pictures and filled up one memory card already. Needless to say, there will be many more photos to come. I had a few minutes this morning while Jack still slept and Luke was happy to play to choose a few to share. I thought it would be appropriate if my first post was about the boys' first reactions to putting their toes in the water.
Jack LOVES the water, waves, and playing in the sand.
Luke's first reaction was NOT a happy one.
It's not all bad at the beach. Luke decided the sand is not so bad.
More to come. Duty calls, and so does vacation. Perhaps this will stave off the text messages and Facebook posts begging for pictures. :-) We wish all of you were here.
