We had Jack's 2nd birthday party on Saturday. It was fun to watch him enjoy himself with his friends and family. He is a far cry from the baby he was at this time last year. We had lots of special guests attend the party, but we had three especially special people come. Kathy, Jake, and Megan flew down from Minnesota to meet Luke and help Jack celebrate his birthday.
Megan spent Saturday morning decorating cupcakes. They turned out as adorable as they were yummy. This weight watching mommy ate two!
Grandpa Seaton and Daddy made these neat licenses on Excel for the party favors. We also gave out Hot Wheels- Nissans and Infinitis only! Thank you, Annie, for finding all those cars for us.
The boys put on their car clothes right before everyone arrived, and we took some pictures. Aren't they cute?

Jack received lots of nice gifts. He was especially excited about his books. Aunt Kathy has been mad at me ever since we opened gifts because when she asked me what she should get for Jack I suggested pajamas. He actually needed pajamas, but he wasn't especially excited when he opened that gift. Everyone teased Kathy and told her she should get him underwear and socks next year. Ha!
As I was reflecting about the party last night, I got a little overwhelmed by thinking of how many people love my children. Thanks to everyone who came and helped us celebrate. And, thank you to all of you who love my kids.
Ellie, it was a great birthday party. I know our family had so much fun!!!
